The Oldsmobile form 1901 to 1970

1960 to 1970

A number of years ago I saw a one page calendar that showed all the Ford
pickup trucks from the first one to the present day. I thought , what a nice idea.
I thought that I might try something similar with some of the car pictures I have collected.
I have been collecting pictures of Studebakers, Packards Nash, Hudson
and Jeeps and many more for some time now and I first wrote a web page on the Studebaker.
Then one on Jeeps  and Packard followed.
Since then I have many page on old cars and pickup trucks.
These pictures came for a number of sources including
web pages of the manufacture, news groups and my own.
Since most of these pictures came from news groups there may
be a chance that your car is shown here.

I would like to invite any one that has a favorite
picture or a Web Page that they would like added to this page to E mail me a copy.

 1964 Oldsmobile Jetstar 88 2 Door Hardtop
 1964 Oldsmobile Jetstar 88 2 Door Hardtop
This 1964 Jetstar88 is owned by John Carson, Long Island NY.
John describes the car:
"This was my father's Oldsmobile...It's been on the road since
1998 (with me), and previously since day 1 with my Dad.
It has approximately 23,500 miles on it.  It has the original
330 2 bbl motor, but I had a FB Transmission put in
(beefed up Turbo350).
Original Jetaway and drive shaft is stored in basement.
I have since put in new rear springs and will be rebuilding
the front end soon. (sagging springs and dry rotted bushings)
Hubcaps are off a later model Olds, I like them better than
the full caps (full caps are stored away) and whitewalls.
Undercarriage has surface rust only. From sitting in a damp
upstate NY garage.
After market air, functions but does not blow cold...yet
. Needs seals.
Everything else is original."
